Introduction:

Instructor Huang Da was appointed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2017 as PAL instructor/examiner in Manitoba. He teaches Canadian unrestricted and restricted firearms licenses. In 2019, he was authorized by Ontario to provide PAL training and assessment in Ontario. Training can be conducted in English or Mandarin, however the examination can only be conducted in English according to regulations.
